Toshiba Announces Closure of their Telecom Systems Division

We have been informed that as part of Toshiba Corporation’s continuing global restructuring, Toshiba will wind-down its telecommunication systems business division effective immediately. While we are surprised by their announcement after 36 years as a Toshiba dealer, we know nothing lasts forever.
So, what does this mean for you and your existing Toshiba telephone system? Fortunately, Solutiant is well prepared to handle ongoing support and maintenance of all Toshiba systems for many years to come. But, we will not be able to sell any new Toshiba products after May 19, 2017. Toshiba has committed to support all warranty and maintenance obligations and Solutiant will continue to provide the level of service you have come to expect and deserve.
With respect to VIPedge customers, Toshiba will continue to support the services in accordance with contract terms. For customers who wish to transition away from VIPedge service, Toshiba will waive early termination charges.
